BFFs!
This is a one page layout that I made for my daughters best friends birthday. I put it in a black frame. I used the Le Belle Vie paper pack and Stickease. I absolutely fell in love with this paper pack. It is something easy and cute and always a great gift.

Autumn Art Philosophy Blog Hop
If you just happened to come to this blog, you should start at the beginning at Lucy's blog - Love 2 Create. If you came here from Arlene ~ Arlene's Creative Space, then you're in the right place!
My project is ... Holiday Sign Set Featuring Thanksgiving
What I used:
My Creation Collage Cubes (Z1737)
Moonlight Paper Pack (X7161B)
Goldrush Ink (Z2123)
Smokey Plum Ink (Z2147)
Sponge Daubers (Z726)Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge (Z1686)
What I did:
I used the paper of choice and cut 1 7/8 in. squares. I used cardstock of choice to cut out leafs using cricut, p. 34 < Leaf2> 2 in. I use another cardstock of choice to cut out the letters using the cricut, 1 1/2 in. I use the sponge daubers to edge everything. I ink the block and all the papers. I also use the goldrush ink on the leafs to make it look a little more like a real leaf. Then just glue everything in place. I will have a new holiday on each side. Please come back soon to see pictures of the rest of the holiday sign set.
The next stop on your trail of falling leaves is Priscilla ~ Priscilla's Paperie

I made two projects with this fun stamp set. The first is a basket that you can put a treat in. This is great for teachers or co-workers. The basket was cut using the Artiste Cricut Cartridge (Z1790) on page 73. For the snowflake handle I used the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge (Z1686). It is on page 64, font layer. I used the Pear & Partridge (X7162B) paperpack for both projects. The second project is super easy to make. I made holiday bag clips, using clothes pins. Use these to as a cute way to close holiday gifts. I used the Artiste cartridge according to the stamp set. I topped it off with our clear assortment sparkles (Z1752).
Here is the complete lineup in case you get lost along the way:

Okay so I know I haven't been on here for a while but I'm back. This time with fun new stuff from our new Idea Book! This is a project/workshop I did. It is very cheap and easy to make. If you are interested let me know. This is a Menu Board Page. I put mine on a cork board, but you can put it on anything that will work for your kitchen. You can even put magnets on the back and stick it on the fridge if that works for you. It has helped me save money by only buying the items needed for the meals I planned. It was super easy using our new chalkboard paper and bulk paper from the Dakota paper pack. We also have a chalkboard pen to use that writes on it and doesn't wipe off when you clean it. You can use regular chalk on this paper. It wipes right off, a makeup sponge works best for that. You can even use a slightly damp towel to clean it up when it gets too messy. Just make sure not to get it too wet, or get the paper behind it wet.
I also have a few new workshops that are coming up. My downline and I are doing an Advent Calendar workshop in October. Also a kid friendly ornament making workshop in November. I will post more information on both of these closer to that time, so came back to keep informed.

Scrappin' For Berlin
I worked with my sister and the JO Combs school district to help a little girl named Berlin. We did a fundraiser to help raise money for this little girl to have back surgery. She broke her back at school and has been lying in a bed ever since. She does not have insurance so they have to raise the money. With just this fundraiser we raised about $355. This is nowhere near enough but every little bit helps. These cards are one of the projects they could choose from. It was these 4 cards or a double page layout. Each projected used the Florentine paper. I want to thank everyone who came and anyone who donated. If you would like information on how to donate please contact me.

For My SuperHero
This is a little book I made for my husband for his birthday. He is really into comic books and superheros. This was my way of telling him he was our hero.
This was when we first started dating. It feels like so long ago!
This is him with our oldest daughter.
This is our middle child. She is such a daddy's girl.
We finally had a little boy. Someone he could share toys with!
Our wedding day.
Our current family picture.
This is my favorite picture of us. It is from a few years ago, but still one of the best we have.
