Catching Up!

I know its been awhile since I last posted. Crazy times! I was able to do some crafting though. This is a sign I made from the Close To My Heart Idea Book. It is right on page 82. Our Idea Books are not only a catalog, but a great place to see different types of art projects. This is also a workshop I will be doing in the next few weekends.

Giving Thanks!!

Here is a sign I made using Close To My Heart Dreamin paperpack and embellishments. I really had no plan when I started this and it just took shape as I went. I really love how it turned out. I even saved money and storage space by putting it on the back side of my Spooky Halloween sign. It only took a few short hours to make.

Okay just decorated this recipe box from Close To My Heart. It turned out a lot better than I thought. I had a lot of fu doing it. My two girls helped me chose the paper. It will be used for their chore cards they have. It was really simple and took no time at all. This is a great gift idea as an actual recipe box or even a photo box.

Spoooooky!!!!

Here is the Spooky Halloween banner I made using all Close To My Heart products. My downline, and friend, Canea West did this as a workshop. It was super fun and turned out to be really cute. It is a lot easier than it looks. I hope to add a few more of my holiday crafts soon. Holidays are just around the corner and now is a great time to start buying all your craft supplies!

Gift Tags

Home made gift tags are the easiest way to complete a gift for a friend or a loved one. I made these as a project at my scrap night. I used the Cricut CTMH Art Philosophy cartridge. The tags came with it and they were so easy to cut out on the cricut. I plan on using these on teacher gifts and family gifts this year. I have been crafting up a storm, so keep an eye out for more crafts and gift ideas.

Its Done!!!

Here it is, my completed tree. I used all Close To My Heart products to make this tree. It was so much fun but a lot of work. It makes me excited about the holiday season. I will also be posting some of the other projects I'm working on right now.

My Newest Project

So I am making a Christmas tree using the ponderosa pine cardstock and the Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge made just for Close To My Heart. I am using the 3D flowers and it is turning out so cute.  I am only half way done and it only took me two hours to make all the flowers I have in the picture. I will be adding more pictures  when I'm finished. I will also be posting pictures of the small project we will be doing for Scrap Night!

Give it a try

I am very new to the whole blog thing. So I decided to give it a try. I am a Close To My Heart Consulant and love every minute of it. I am currently scheduling workshops and a scrap night. My scrap night will be September 17 from 6pm to Midnight. There is a $15 fee for attending. This pays for a small, fun project, snacks and beverages, and the rest of the night to scrapbook, make cards, and just hang out with friends. Contact me if you would like more information.
